How it works
- Pick a planChoose to reduce or to quit completely, over 14 to 84 days. Your daily limit follows the plan curve, one step down at a time.
- Log with one tapBig +/– buttons and a half-circle gauge show today's count against the limit. Log from the home-screen widget or the Lock Screen Live Activity without opening the app.
- Stay under today's numberA plan-vs-actual chart shows where you are against the goal. Change the plan any time.
