7일 무료 체험 후, 한 번 결제하면 계속 쓰는 방식입니다. 구독이 아니라 1회 구매이며 월 요금이 빠져나가지 않습니다.

체험이 끝나면 앱을 못 쓰나요?

아니요. 체험이 끝나도 문서를 열고 읽는 기능은 계속 무료입니다. 결제하지 않으면 아래 기능만 잠깁니다.

Mac에서 샀는데 iPhone에서도 쓸 수 있나요?

네. 한 번 구매하면 같은 Apple ID의 모든 기기에서 쓰실 수 있습니다.

Mac, iPhone, iPad 중 어디서 구매하셔도 나머지 기기에서 추가 결제 없이 잠금이 풀립니다.

기기를 바꿨거나 앱을 다시 설치했습니다.

구매 기록은 Apple ID에 남아 있습니다. 앱의 설정 › 라이선스 에서 구매 복원을 누르면 됩니다. 같은 Apple ID로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.

체험 기간을 다시 시작할 수 있나요?

무료 체험은 Apple ID당 한 번입니다. 앱을 지웠다 다시 설치해도 체험이 새로 시작되지는 않습니다.

내 문서는 어디에 저장되나요?

Mac에서는 여러분이 지정한 위치에, iPhone과 iPad에서는 앱 보관함에 저장됩니다. 저희 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자도 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

코드 블록에 색이 나오지 않습니다.

대부분은 자동으로 언어를 알아내지만, 짧은 코드는 판별이 어려울 수 있습니다. 코드 블록 첫 줄에 언어를 적어주시면 확실합니다.

내보낸 PDF에 이미지가 보이지 않습니다.

앱의 이미지 버튼이나 드래그 앤 드롭으로 첨부한 이미지는 내보낸 파일 안에 함께 담깁니다. 문서에 이미지 경로를 손으로 직접 적으신 경우, 그 파일이 옮겨지거나 삭제되면 찾지 못할 수 있습니다. 이미지 버튼으로 다시 첨부해 주세요.

내보낸 PDF가 화면과 다른 색으로 나옵니다.

내보내기는 시스템 외관이 아니라 앱에서 고른 테마를 따릅니다. 밝은 PDF를 원하시면 앱을 라이트 테마로 바꾼 뒤 내보내 주세요.

탭을 다른 창으로 옮기고 싶습니다. (Mac)

탭을 끌어서 창 밖으로 놓으면 새 창이 되고, 다른 창의 탭 줄에 끌어다 놓으면 그 창으로 합쳐집니다. 웹 브라우저와 같은 방식입니다.

광고나 추적이 있나요?

없습니다. 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 추적 SDK가 전혀 포함되어 있지 않으며 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

We typically reply within 2–3 business days. Please include your device and OS version, your Mori version, and a description or screenshot of the problem. Please do not send documents containing sensitive material — a minimal example that reproduces the issue is enough.

Purchases and the free trial

How much does it cost?

A seven-day free trial, then a single purchase to keep using it. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — nothing is billed monthly.

Does the app stop working when the trial ends?

No. Opening and reading documents stays free forever. Without a purchase, only editing, saving, exporting, attaching images, and inserting conversion results are locked. If you only need to read .md files other people send you, you never have to buy anything.

I bought it on my Mac — can I use it on my iPhone?

Yes. One purchase covers every device on the same Apple ID.

Buy on Mac, iPhone, or iPad and the others unlock at no extra cost.

I got a new device or reinstalled the app.

Your purchase lives on your Apple ID. Open Settings › License in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Can I restart the free trial?

The trial is once per Apple ID. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not start a new one.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my documents stored?

Wherever you put them on Mac, and in the app's own storage on iPhone and iPad. Nothing is sent to our servers and the developer cannot see your files. See the Privacy Policy.

My code block has no colors.

Mori usually detects the language on its own, but very short snippets can be ambiguous. Label the block to be certain — for example ```swift, ```kotlin, or ```python.

Images are missing from my exported PDF.

Images attached with the image button or by drag and drop are embedded in the exported file. If you typed an image path by hand and that file was moved or deleted, it can no longer be found — attach it again with the image button.

My exported PDF has different colors than the screen.

Exports follow the theme you chose in the app, not your system appearance. Switch the app to the light theme before exporting if you want a light PDF.

Any ads or tracking?

None. The app ships no advertising, analytics, or attribution SDKs and never requests tracking permission.
